**About the Role**

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sports fashion and providing exceptional customer service.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. This includes acting as a brand ambassador, gaining and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and providing one-on-one customer service and processing sales.

You will work in collaboration with the wider management and store team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets. Additionally, you will support the team with ad hoc tasks, including visual merchandising and store presentation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Act as a brand ambassador and show positivity and professionalism.
  • Gain and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers.
  • Provide one-on-one customer service and process sales.
  • Work in collaboration with the wider management and store team to achieve KPIs and targets.
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks, including visual merchandising and store presentation.

**Requirements:**

  • Customer service experience within retail or hospitality.
  • Ability to provide excellent service and go above and beyond.
  • Passion for sports fashion or knowledge of key brands.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work as a team.
  • Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
