
Business Administration Support Officer

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Administrators to join our dedicated teams in Wagga and surrounding areas.

Main Responsibilities:- Interact with clients and stakeholders, addressing queries and managing client information.
- Prepare client invoices, emails, reports, and various documents.
- Handle phone calls when team members are unavailable.
- Manage diaries and travel arrangements.
- Maintain client records and coordinate mail services.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes.
- Assist in coordinating team workflow to meet deadlines.
- Update internal procedures, records, and templates.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as required.
- A minimum of 12 months experience in administration in an accounting environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.
- Outstanding organisational skills.
- Experience with ATO and ASIC tasks.
- A strong desire for long-term career growth and development.
