Leadership Role

Sunglass Hut in Townsville, Qld is seeking a highly motivated and driven Senior Retail Leader to lead our team.

You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing a high-performing team through coaching and training, managing retail operations, and delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of strong achievements within a KPI structure, excellent problem-solving ability, and excellent relationship-building skills. Previous leadership experience in retail is highly desirable.
