Key Responsibilities
  • Action cases in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all discrepancies are resolved efficiently.
  • Maintain and update data to reflect contracts and variations, eliminating discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Claims team to resolve carrier invoicing and credit issues.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Participate in ongoing stakeholder training to enhance processes and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months of analytical and/or systems experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
  • Ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret data for decision-making.
  • Strong mathematical ability.
  • Commerce or Business Info Systems qualification desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
