About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lifeguard to join our team at Aligned Leisure. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers in the aquatic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all staff and customers within the aquatic environment
  • Monitor water quality and liaise with the Duty Captain to maintain high standards
  • Provide clear direction to customers to ensure the aquatic environment is operating safely
  • Take pride in supervising community assets and ensuring they are presented immaculately
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous experience in customer service (preferred)
  • Current working with children check
  • Pool Lifeguard, first aid, and CPR qualifications

  • High level of awareness to pre-empt issues and risks
  • Disciplined to focus on aquatic supervision and customer safety
