The successful candidate will supervise and lead service in the restaurant and event catering. They will handle guest complaints, manage the electronic diary, and liaise with kitchen and event teams. The role requires maintaining equipment, ensuring security, and overseeing POS system updates.

About This Opportunity

This role offers a unique shared dining experience overlooking gardens, with facilities including a private dining room and the kitchen catering to events both on and offsite. Staff are required to fulfill 38 hours per week over a seven day roster, including some weekends, evenings and public holidays.

About You

  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume fine dining establishment.
  • Demonstrated experience in events and off-site catering as well as coffee experience
  • Current certification in responsible service of alcohol.
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and premium dining operations.
  • Proven ability to program and manage POS systems effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining high standards under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety practices and service excellence.
  • Professional presentation, customer-focused approach, and well-developed interpersonal skills.
