Administration Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to join our team at St Francis, a 48-bed Residential Aged Care home in Grafton.

About the Role:

  • This is a permanent part-time position with 30 hours per week, working Monday to Friday.
  • The successful candidate will provide administrative support services, including general reception duties, coordinating tours, managing new resident admissions documentation, and staff rostering.
  • Experience with managing on-line rostering systems (TimeTarget) and processing invoices using on-line systems (Basware) is highly regarded.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the Aged Care sector.
  • Fantastic organisational and problem-solving skills, with strong IT skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • A 'can do' attitude, with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
