The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Value Manager to join our team. As a Client Value Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse client portfolio, ensuring high professional standards are met, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Undertake client reporting to identify opportunities for cost savings and optimize travel arrangements.
- Represent Corporate Travel Management at client meetings, calls, and external events.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on our products and services.
- Support the CVM team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management within the travel industry.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High energy, tech-savvy, and analytical skills.
