About the Program
We're seeking recent or upcoming Science Graduates who have the skills, drive, and passion to help us continue to succeed. The program is based in Brisbane, Newcastle, and Emerald, and provides a collaborative environment and a constant learning curve. You'll have the opportunity to undertake at least two placements in laboratories within Australia, and will be supported to expand your skills and develop new ones.
Key Elements
The program includes rotations in coal basics, sample preparation, laboratory skills, and production reporting, as well as project management opportunities. You'll work in a multi-skilled environment, with a commitment to safe work practices and continuous improvement. Our graduates are one of our greatest assets, and we work with them to develop and reach their full potential.
Requirements
To be eligible, you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid working visa. A pre-employment medical exam, including a drug and alcohol assessment, is also required. We're looking for individuals who are proactive, highly motivated, and able to demonstrate a commitment to safe work practices and continuous improvement.
