Job Opportunity

We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Career Professional with our team in Sydney.

The primary objective of this position is to enable career growth and development in the media industry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to further their skills and knowledge through media planning and strategy across various verticals.

  • Supports Client Director to deliver innovative solutions to client briefs
  • Collaborates across departments to drive business value for clients and the company
  • Manages communications plans including timelines and budget
  • Reviews plans to increase margin and value through innovation and better working practices
  • Leads and motivates internal teams to produce high-quality work
  • Provides accurate plan details and updates to stakeholders
Required Skills
  • Strong experience with Spectra and agency financial management
  • Multi-channel experience with demonstrated ATL media planning and buying skillset
  • SMD/Spectra, TV Buying, Move, eTAM, eRAM
  • Able to 'multi-hat' across various areas of client servicing and team leadership
  • Success in improving process management with Planning & Buying
  • A genuine love of being part of a high-performing team and building relationships with all stakeholders
