About the Role
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for delivering insightful financial reports, analysing complex data to support decision-making. You will also lead ESG reporting initiatives, ensuring accurate data collection and transparency in sustainability reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with Internal Audit to assess internal controls and ensure alignment with company objectives and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver insightful financial reports
• Analyse complex data to support decision-making
• Lead ESG reporting initiatives
• Collaborate with Internal Audit to assess internal controls
• Ensure alignment with company objectives and regulatory standards

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting working experience
• Expertise in policy writing, with the ability to draft clear and comprehensive finance policies and procedures
• At least 8 years of relevant experience
• CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years of post-qualified experience
• Strong analytical skills in managing large amounts of data
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated experience managing over 10 employees across multiple finance disciplines
• Experience using major cloud-based ERP systems
