About Ignite
Ignite is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Director to lead our team in the day-to-day operational cyber security of our department and shared service partners across three distinct networks.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Deliver and maintain cyber security policies, plans, and procedures to ensure the security of our networks and systems.
* Coordinate, review, and deliver cyber security artefacts used in Authority to Operate processes to ensure compliance with government regulations.
* Deliver, maintain, and present cyber security training for staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles securely.
* Provide technical security advice in the planning and implementation of new hardware and software solutions to ensure they meet our security standards.
* Develop briefs for Senior Executives, Boards, and Committees to inform them of cyber security risks and recommendations.
Requirements
* Applicants must have a cyber security background, preferably with experience in the application of ICT security services in Australian Government.
* Must have experience in the security standards of Government networks.
* Must have NV1 clearance.
