About This Role:

This key member of our engineering team will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating deferred defect management, and overseeing supplier performance. Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels are essential in driving success in this role.

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address maintenance-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on maintenance activities and performance metrics.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Engineering Management or a related field.
  • Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer credentials and extensive understanding of aircraft Line and Base Maintenance operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian and International Civil Aviation Regulations and other regulations governing industrial workforce management.
