Job Title: Workshop Foreman

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Foreman to join our Oxley branch. As the Workshop Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop, handling the servicing and maintenance of our extensive earthmoving equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team management and mechanical diagnosis and repairs
  • Equipment dispatch, stock takes, and client coordination
  • Trade qualification in Heavy Duty Plant Mechanics and minimum 3 years' experience as a Plant Mechanic
  • Experience managing a team and solid knowledge of Heavy Duty Equipment
  • Competence in routine maintenance procedures and driver license
  • Forklift/High-risk work licenses desirable and branch management experience
  • Hands-on approach with sound computer skills and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and flexible work hours/days
  • Ability to pass a Medical including a Drug & Alcohol test
