Job Title: Senior Contract Administrator

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Contract Administrator to join our upstream commercial team at Parklife Metro. As a key member of the team, you will play an integral role in interfacing with Project Co and the Client. Your primary responsibilities will include the preparation of upstream correspondence to numerous stakeholders, attendance at meetings with the client and other stakeholders, preparation of initiated variations and cost proposals for the client, and resolution of upstream commercial matters with the client.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Commercial, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering, as well as well-developed knowledge of the principles and practices of contract and commercial/finance management. You will also need to have the ability to understand and articulate contractual rights and positions, sound negotiation and problem-solving skills, strong initiative and proactive nature, and key collaborative skills. Furthermore, you will require exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interface with stakeholders.
