Hybrid Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking skilled Occupational Therapists to join our team in a dynamic, hybrid role that offers the opportunity to work with both NDIS and aged care clients.

About the Role

We are looking for occupational therapists who have experience working with NDIS clients and/or in aged care settings. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality therapy services.

  • Manage a caseload of participants and design therapy programs to achieve participant outcomes.
  • Assess participants' functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities, through clinical assessment.
  • Use your clinical expertise to develop participant-centered goals specific to each client's circumstances.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support services.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to NDIS and aged care clients.
  • Managing a caseload of participants and developing individualized therapy plans.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in occupational therapy or a related field.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience working with NDIS clients and/or in aged care settings.
  • Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality therapy services.
