Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our Managed Tickets Team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with VOIP platforms and strong troubleshooting skills.

  • This role involves leading small paid projects from conception to completion, defining project scope, and collaborating with other teams to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Execute tasks autonomously and take ownership of assigned projects.
  2. Define project scope and quote on work.
  3. Collaborate with engineers and service delivery teams to facilitate necessary works.
  4. Daily time tracking for billable hours related to all tasks.
  5. Potential for on-site work requirements to assist the remote Senior Network Engineer as needed.
  6. Create detailed technical documentation for implemented solutions and configurations.
  7. Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  8. Handover completed work to BAU Teams.
  9. Log billable time for documentation tasks.
  10. Interface with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance.
  11. Communicate ticket status, issues, and resolutions effectively.
  12. Bill time accurately for client interactions.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to deliver high-quality solutions.
  15. Consistently live the company values and demonstrate professional workplace behaviors.
