  • Manage plant operations and maintenance, ensuring that PGE wind generating facilities operate safely, reliably and efficiently at optimal cost.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages a team of site supervisors and technicians responsible for ensuring maximum availability/reliability of turbines, asset optimization and plant profitability.
  • Provides plant technical oversight for the team, ensuring that objectives are met and all relevant standards/procedures are followed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of wind turbine construction, maintenance and operation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Industry compliance and standards such as OSHA, NERC, FERC, NEC, NESC, NFPA 70, etc.
