Job Description

The role of Service Delivery Officer is pivotal within our organization, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service while maintaining safety on and around the rail network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate accurate and timely information to customers, coordinating coach replacements as needed.
  • Process ticket sales and seat reservations efficiently.
  • Manage daily operations and customer service in the Booking Office.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Ensure safety on and around the station for customers, colleagues, and oneself.
  • Perform platform and customer service duties as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in face-to-face customer service and an operational environment is beneficial.
  • Strong situational awareness and a commitment to safety are essential.
  • A valid driver's licence is required.
  • Availability for shift work, overtime, and travel to other stations is necessary.

This is a full-time, permanent position with rotating shifts from 5:35 am to 9:45 pm, seven days a week.
