Job Description

The role of an independent life insurance agent involves working closely with our team to provide personalized service to clients seeking life insurance solutions. This requires self-discipline, a strong work ethic, and basic technology skills.

You will need to be open to learning and willing to receive coaching. Compassion for people and closing skills are essential in this position.

This is a unique opportunity to sell seniors burial life insurance policies, cash value life insurance, and traditional mortgage protection without cold calling or door-to-door sales.

Our business model focuses on working with clients who have expressed interest in learning more about life insurance through online forms.

Our compensation structure is designed to reward top performers, with starting commission rates as high as 70% and potential up to 140%. We also provide access to interested clients, back-office CRM support, sponsored pre-licensing courses, and free sales training programs.

Beyond these benefits, we offer residual income from previously sold policies, vested renewals, and opportunities for growth into leadership and management roles. Additional perks include live Zoom dials with top producers, weekly skill-related training calls, and multiple bonus programs paid monthly.
