As the Senior Participant Engagement Officer, you will cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and information sharing. Your role will involve planning and facilitating stakeholder meetings to gather insights and feedback on the Consumer Data Right (CDR) on-boarding process.

You will provide accurate and timely advice to internal staff and stakeholders on participant engagement functions and activities. Additionally, you will assist participants through the on-boarding process and related activities to meet legislative obligations.

Maintaining and analysing internal data records and preparing management reports, presentations, and documentation are also key responsibilities of this role.

In order to succeed in this position, you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivation, an ability to work as a cooperative team-player with integrity, drive and resilience are essential for this role.
