About the Role
The Quality Assurance Associate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and services. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement quality control procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance
- Analyze data and documentation to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain quality management systems
Requirements
- Science degree in a relevant discipline (Quality related Science degree)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a regulated industry with a focus on QA and cGMP
- Experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
- Experience in the operation of Quality Management Systems or equivalent
- Able to work closely with others to ensure the success of quality on the floor
- Demonstrated ability for analytical thinking with sound judgement
- Ability to work well independently and to self-motivate
