Merchandising Position Available

Facts Retail Services offers a range of services to top brands across multiple categories in Australia, driving sales through retail merchandising expertise and customer service.

We are seeking an exceptional field representative for major clients. The role involves replenishing shelves, maintaining displays, setting up promotional materials, product ordering, reporting, and establishing relationships with store staff.

Responsibilities include online reporting and communication with field managers and account managers.

Applicants must be able to work in Australia, have merchandising or retail experience, and possess a smartphone, reliable car, and valid Australian Driver's License.

Key Skills Required:

  • Good presentation
  • Strong relationship building
  • Ability to lift up to 15kg
  • Outstanding verbal communication

Confidence with technology is essential, with Sparfacts app training provided.
