About the Role:

We are seeking seasoned leaders to assume leadership positions at our Sydney venues. As a Multi-Site Venue Leader, you will oversee two of our locations, ensuring seamless operations, satisfied customers, and high-performing teams.

You will set an example, mentor your team, and create a positive environment across multiple sites. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
  • Overseeing inventory, stock, and operational metrics
  • Training and developing a skilled workforce
  • Managing key performance indicators including labor, COGs, and overall venue performance

We are looking for leaders with a proven track record in achieving goals and driving team success. You should be proficient in roster management and have experience in QSR or similar environments. If you are passionate about building motivated teams and creating welcoming atmospheres, this is an excellent opportunity.
