Job Title: Team Manager

We are seeking a talented professional to lead our Network and Communications team on the Currawong Program, which delivers the next generation of Deployed Communications Systems for the Australian Defence Force.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a multi-disciplined team of engineers and technicians through design, integration, test and build activities
  • Liaising with project stakeholders to achieve project outcomes
  • Regular management of team schedules, status tracking, and reporting

Requirements:

  • A demonstrated ability to lead people and teams
  • Knowledge of communication systems and networking components
  • Proven experience overseeing execution of project schedules including subcontract elements
  • Well-developed communication skills with a focus on inclusivity and building great team culture
  • Experience of working in a defence project is desirable
