Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Submissions Coordinator to join our tendering team in NSW. This is a fast-paced and diverse role that will have you working closely with the Business Development Manager to coordinate and respond to ROIs/EOIs/RFTs for our Eastern Region Infrastructure Services business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of and manage the end-to-end tender process, including identifying opportunities, preparing responses, submitting proposals, and post-tender debriefs.
  • Maintain the tender database and liaise with Divisional Managers, Estimators, and Submission Coordinators to deliver high-quality, project-specific responses.
  • Produce and update project sheets and curriculum vitae documentation, and format documents to a high standard in both Word and design packages.
  • Create graphics consistent with our branding requirements and maintain an organized folder system.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and streamlining of processes and procedures.
  • Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Advanced level knowledge of Office 365 and Adobe suite, including design packages.
  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills and ability to articulate yourself clearly.
  • Ability to proofread and correct grammatical mistakes.
