Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with extensive experience as an ERP Project Manager.

The successful candidate will manage the implementation of an ERP solution, working as part of our team, leading delivery, and collaborating with project stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure the implementation schedule is met.

  • Defining, obtaining approval for, managing, and controlling the project scope;
  • Leading planning, scheduling, reporting, stakeholder management, and project monitoring processes;
  • Ensuring project deliverables are completed on schedule and accepted;
  • Developing and managing the project schedule to ensure timely delivery;
  • Managing costs to deliver the project within approved parameters;
  • Proactively identifying and managing risks and issues;
  • Managing various project environments to ensure effective controls over system configuration changes/modifications;
  • Developing positive relationships with all project stakeholders;
  • Developing and presenting project status reports;
  • Recruiting, assigning, and effectively managing project resources.

Selection Criteria

  • Local availability – i.e., reside in Western Australia or near Ashburton;
  • Experience in ERP Implementation project management, including:
    • Describe your experience with similar projects;
    • Demonstrated ability to liaise, coordinate, and deliver outcomes within remote regional areas;
    • Experience working with local government in relevant fields;
    • Provide examples of similar work.
