Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales, talent development, and retail excellence.
- Lead by example, providing coaching and guidance to team members to deliver a high-touch customer experience.
- Conduct paid makeup services, once certified, to meet client preferences.
