Diverseco is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our Sydney team.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and successful Sales Professional with a strong background in securing sales across industrial sectors.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in understanding customer requirements, providing technical guidance, and delivering solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a business development strategy to drive sales growth.
- Work collaboratively with the Engineering Project Management team and service team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations showcasing our equipment, products and services.
- Generate sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet and exceed sales budgets and gross profit targets.
- Maintain knowledge of key industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the automation market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
About You
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven sales achievement record and experience in sales roles selling technical products and solutions are essential.
- Strong discipline in CRM usage and proficiency in the full Microsoft suite are also required.
- You are a strong team player with a commitment to individual and team goal achievement.
- Possesses a Technical or engineering background (electrical trade, electrical / mechanical engineering etc).
- Experience within the weighing, measurement, transport and / or logistics industries is highly desirable.
