Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on dynamic systems and contribute to the development of user-generated experiences technology.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement responsive systems that meet the needs of our users.
  • Develop and maintain complex systems, ensuring they are secure and efficient.
  • Tune and optimize search relevancy, incorporating machine learning models.
  • Implement security best practices, including authentication and authorization.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional experience in backend service programming.
  • Proficiency in Scala and Java.
  • Experience with high traffic, high performance services.
  • Expertise in Search Platform technologies like OpenSearch or ElasticSearch.
  • Skill in designing and optimizing search queries and using Search Templates.
  • Knowledge of indexing strategies, search ranking, and relevancy tuning.
  • Familiarity with imperative and functional programming paradigms.
  • Experience with deploying and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS (EKS, OpenSearch, Terraform) or other providers.
  • Building CI/CD pipelines experience.
