As a Strategic Learning Leader, you will partner with stakeholders across the University to deliver consistent end-to-end learning outcomes that contribute to the University's comprehensive L&D program.

You will lead a small team of L&D professionals, providing positive leadership to support the unit in evaluating training and development programs for academic and professional staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead strategic L&D initiatives that align with the University's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate learning strategies that build collective capability.
  • Provide coaching and facilitation skills to support the growth and development of L&D professionals.
  • Project manage multiple work streams, or lead large complex projects, to achieve desired outcomes.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant qualifications in training and assessment, workplace training, and/or instructional design.
  • Significant experience in designing, implementing, facilitating, and evaluating learning strategies.
  • Ability to apply training needs analysis frameworks to identify skill gaps and design programs to address them.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and consultation skills.
  • Experience project managing multiple work streams or leading large complex projects.
