Leadership Opportunity in Ambulatory Aged Care

This leadership role within the Acute Allied Health and Ambulatory Aged Care Services division involves managing a multidisciplinary team delivering services such as the Transition Care Program. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, enabling them to effectively lead clinical and administrative staff and deliver high-quality services.

The key responsibilities include leading a well-established team, managing the regional Transition Care Program, and developing partnerships to enhance patient experience through improved service access. This is an integral leadership role where collaboration with other managers is essential.

For this role, we are looking for experienced managers or those with leadership experience who have good knowledge of Ambulatory Aged Care Services.
