About the Position:

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by managing vehicle deliveries, facilitating onboarding processes, resolving inquiries, and maintaining superior vehicle presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Deliver vehicles to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Assist with the coordination of vehicle logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Prepare vehicles for hire, including thorough detailing of the interior and exterior.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have all the necessary information and support.

About You:

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
