We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Plant Mechanic to join our team at Boddington, one of the largest gold producers in Australia. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of our heavy mobile equipment fleet, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and service heavy mobile equipment, including CAT Haulage and Ancillary Fleet, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs, minimizing the impact of unscheduled maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, using CAT SIS and VIMS systems.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
- Trade qualification as a Heavy-Duty Plant Mechanic.
- Experience in fault finding and diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance services.
- Knowledge of CAT SIS and VIMS systems.
- Strong commitment to safety and ability to set good examples of work ethic and integrity.
