About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Driving Instructor to join our team in Launceston. As a Driving Instructor, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring learner drivers to become safe solo drivers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality driving lessons to learner drivers, focusing on road safety and best practices.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to meet the needs of our members.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our members.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in driving education.
- Minimum 21 years old.
- Full, current Australian driver's license.
- Certificate IV in Training & Logistics – Road Transport, or the ability to obtain.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good computer literacy, particularly with common office applications.
