About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Driving Instructor to join our team in Launceston. As a Driving Instructor, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring learner drivers to become safe solo drivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality driving lessons to learner drivers, focusing on road safety and best practices.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to meet the needs of our members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our members.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in driving education.
Requirements
  • Minimum 21 years old.
  • Full, current Australian driver's license.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Logistics – Road Transport, or the ability to obtain.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good computer literacy, particularly with common office applications.
