Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FIFO SMP Supervisor to lead the installation of new and modified pipe spooling, valves, and associated supports, as well as the installation of structural steel and mechanical equipment at a processing facility in the Pilbara.

The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in site installation of structural steel, pipework, and mechanical equipment, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and HDPE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Pipefitters, Mechanical Fitters, Riggers, and TA's in the installation of pipe spools, pipe supports, valves, structural steel, and mechanical equipment.
• Assess and implement safe work activities in challenging and evolving conditions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve the best method of construction.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Requirements

• Structural, Piping, or Mechanical Trade or a similar certified qualification.
• Previous experience leading teams.
• White Card.
• Current Australian C class manual driver's licence.
• Strong safety leadership skills.
• Solid work management and planning work ethic.
• Computer literate – competent in Microsoft applications.
