We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team at PEXA, a leading company in AU, as a People Operations Coordinator. This is a 12-month parental leave cover role.

**Job Responsibilities**

  • Provide HR support to employees and stakeholders, including answering queries and resolving issues.
  • Develop and implement HR procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.

**Ideal Candidate**

We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or people experience roles. They should be proficient in HR systems and process automation tools, possess strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and have high attention to detail.
