We are seeking qualified Casual Childcare Educators to join our team in Queanbeyan, working across various age groups and supporting permanent staff in delivering exceptional education programs.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000-$65,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

As a Casual Childcare Educator with KU Children's Services, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and educational experiences for children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting permanent staff in delivering high-quality education programs
  • Working across various age groups, from birth to school age
  • Developing and implementing curriculum plans that cater to individual children's needs
  • Establishing positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
  • A recognised qualification approved by ACECQA
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Current knowledge of Child Protection legislation and policies
