Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement developmentally appropriate programs for children
  • Assess progress and adjust programs to meet individual needs
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ensure high-quality care and compliance with industry standards

Essential Qualifications:
  • Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with the national early learning framework
  • Understanding of standards and assessment processes
  • Respect and understanding of diverse cultures and individual needs
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software
