Manufacturing Production Specialist

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our production team in Melbourne, working on day, afternoon, and night shifts on a full-time permanent basis. No prior experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn and develop advanced manufacturing techniques in our state-of-the-art facilities.

The components you will fabricate will be assembled to form part of the Boeing aircrafts including the 737, 777 and 787 Dreamliner.

  • Production of aircraft components following work order specifications using carbon fibre fabric
  • Understand and apply quality assurance standards
  • Maintain housekeeping standards within the workplace
  • Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
