Job Overview

We are seeking retail professionals to support our store teams during the Festive Season.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers and guide them to relevant products through proactive interactions.
  • Welcome customers and deepen their product experience by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrate products to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Support store teams to meet customer needs, process sales, and maintain stock levels efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate effectively with warmth, curiosity, and sincerity.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • No prior retail experience is necessary, but some experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Interest in learning product knowledge.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours throughout October – February, including late-night and weekend trading periods.

This is a casual role commencing from September 2025 and concluding in February 2026, with opportunities to secure ongoing employment based on business needs.
