Artisan Brewer

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Alternative Products Technician. This position will involve working in various capacities, including Grape Juice, Grape Juice Concentrate, Condensate, Flavored and Unflavored Low and No Alcohol Products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for Grape juice processing throughout vintage and dispatching the product in a package that meets specifications.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic: Work with customers on products supplied, receive orders and specifications, assess time frames and make recommendations, coordinate work through the winery and laboratory, plan operations as required.
• Operational: Understand the total process of making Grape and Wine Based Alternative Products, involvement in New Product Development (NPD) and trial work, liaise with stakeholders, understand and meet timelines, audit results, conduct analytical checks, support winemaking team where required, coordinate Bulk Wine Purchase QA/Analysis, communicate with Laboratory Team.
