We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team for a seasonal clerkship opportunity.

Job Description

The selected candidate will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and practical training. Responsibilities will include drafting correspondence, assisting with research, attending court hearings, and participating in client meetings.

This is an excellent opportunity for students from a refugee background to develop their skills and gain valuable industry experience.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Be an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident;
  • Hold an Australian humanitarian visa;
  • Be in your penultimate or final year of an Australian law degree;
  • Have a refugee background.
