The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in machine operation within a fast-paced environment and possess basic Mechatronic knowledge. They'll be responsible for operating the machine to support production, performing full machine operation and auto-control, and supporting equipment breakdown and preventive maintenance.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Operating the machine to support production.
  • Performing full machine operation and auto-control by following specification and sample provided.
  • Responsible for machine set up and adjustment.
  • Supporting equipment breakdown, preventive maintenance and machine troubleshooting.
  • Reducing equipment downtime, increasing Mean Time between Failure (MTBF) and reducing Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
  • Participating and supporting in continuous projects and programs within the team.
  • Supporting in new product introduction and development.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in machine operation within a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess basic Mechatronic knowledge.
  • Ability to use Mechanic Repair tools.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work within a team environment.
