Principal Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented contract professional to handle various aspects of contract administration.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while identifying and mitigating contractual risks.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of contracts, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications through regular audits and inspections.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, resolve disputes, and manage relationships to meet stakeholder expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
- Proven track record in managing complex contracts for large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, including relevant legislation, codes, and standards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a systematic approach to contract administration.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
