About the Role

As a seasoned Property Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales funnel forward by booking high-quality consultations. Your primary objective is to create a compelling experience that sets the stage for deeper sales conversations.

You will be responsible for qualifying leads, building rapport with clients, and maintaining a smooth pace through effective call control, confident objection handling, and strong urgency creation. Strong CRM management, follow-up routines, and calendar hygiene are crucial, as well as clear communication between roles.

As a momentum-maker, you will maintain team flow, performance pace, and client confidence every step of the way. Each call requires energy, clarity in notes, and a hunger to perform at your best.

  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into booked consultations.
  • Manage daily follow-ups, callbacks, and nurture opportunities via CRM.
  • Ensure accurate calendar scheduling and respect capacity.
  • Run discovery calls with strong energy, urgency, and control.
  • Accurately record notes, client context, and pre-frame outcomes for senior consultants.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of InvestorKit's pitch, value proposition, and service journey.
  • Conduct whitespace activities as required (e.g., rescheduling, appointment management).
  • Meet and exceed activity and booking targets daily and weekly.
  • Participate in Power Sessions, Growth Sessions, training, and 1:1s.
  • Contribute to team energy and support high-performance behaviors.
  • Represent InvestorKit professionally, enthusiastically, and humbly in all interactions.

Quantitative Performance Framework and Targets

The following KPIs and targets apply to your role:

  • Consults Booked & Completed: Meets or exceeds the weekly individual target as set by SLT.
  • Consult-to-paid-agreement conversion rate: Meets or exceeds the per lead source conversion benchmark as set by SLT, with a minimum avg. of 20% across all lead sources.
  • Show Rate to Closer: % of booked calls that result in attended consultations 80% + Show rate.
  • Follow-up Task Completion Rate: % of follow-up tasks completed on time and with quality notes. 100% task completion.
  • CRM Integrity: Data accuracy, notes, tagging, and lead status updates 95%+ accuracy, updated daily.
  • Script Adherence: Follows the approved Setter call structure and applies objection frameworks consistently across all calls. 95%+ adherence in call quality audits.
  • Engagement: Participation in training sessions, team meetings, and coaching 100% attendance and contribution.
