Job Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Specialist to drive quality assurance in our dynamic Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test cases from user stories, requirements, and use cases.
  • Conduct thorough manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, and performance testing.
  • Identify, track, and log defects using tools such as DevOps, JIRA, or Bugzilla.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, senior testers, and stakeholders in Agile ceremonies.
  • Contribute to test planning, sprint reviews, and daily stand-ups.
  • Maintain accurate test documentation and provide actionable feedback on usability, performance, and quality.
  • Explore and adopt tools for automation and API testing.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in software testing or related IT role.
  • Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and test case design techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools.
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries for validation and data testing.
  • Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Postman) highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and passion for delivering high-quality results.
