We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Functional Specialist.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the world of finance. As a Functional Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional ERP implementation and support projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop scalable and actionable solutions that meet their requirements.

  • Lead D365 F&O solution design and contribute to key architectural decisions
  • Manage the end-to-end solution lifecycle: design, development oversight, validation, and testing
  • Translate business needs into solutions aligned with best practices
  • Engage in requirements analysis and business process mapping to drive efficiency
  • Develop testing strategies, execute test plans, and troubleshoot solutions
  • Train client teams and prepare training materials tailored to solution design
  • Provide expert-level support and resolve issues within D365 FO applications

We are looking for someone with strong expertise in D365 F&O, analytical thinking, and excellent stakeholder engagement. If you have a passion for designing and optimising finance solutions that achieve meaningful outcomes, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry certifications
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly finance modules
  • Deep knowledge of core finance modules: GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, project accounting, and bank processes
  • Experience delivering full-cycle D365 F&O implementations
  • Strong background in business analysis or functional consulting within ERP environments
  • Ability to analyse complex business requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside senior leaders
