System Architect Role

We are seeking a highly skilled system architect to lead our engineering team and drive the development of our products.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and evaluating system architectures to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. You will apply high-level programming skills and best practices to enable platform enablement teams to scale for growth while uplifting the tech stack through transition states that drive business value.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs. You will also foster high-performance, inclusive team culture and provide coaching, remove barriers, drive engineering-wide processes, and uphold quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and evaluate system architectures to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Enable platform enablement teams to scale for growth while uplifting the tech stack
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
  • Foster high-performance, inclusive team culture and provide coaching, remove barriers, drive engineering-wide processes, and uphold quality standards
Requirements
  • Experience leading large, complex projects to delivery with a focus on technical excellence and alignment with strategic goals
  • Extensive technical leadership on cloud-native platforms with emphasis on scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Strong communication skills; able to present clearly to executives and diverse stakeholders
  • Mentoring and coaching engineers across all levels on technical challenges and career development
  • Experience contributing to technical vision and advocating engineering best practices across a portfolio
  • Ability to quantify and address technical debt and make informed decisions on remediation
