About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-quality training and assessment to students in the Beauty industry.


As a Beauty Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing teaching materials and resources, maintaining accurate records of student progress and achievement, and participating in curriculum development and review processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver classroom-based training and assessment to students in the Beauty industry;
  • Develop and implement teaching materials and resources;
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement;
  • Participate in curriculum development and review processes;

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the Beauty industry;
  • Current SHB50121 Diploma of Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification;
  • Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided;
  • Evidence of undertaking professional development in the fields of the knowledge and practice of vocational training, learning and assessment;
  • A current Queensland Driver's licence;

Desirable Skills:
  • High level of digital literacy skills across various platforms (online Learning Management Systems);
